 COVID-19 Important Customer Information.

 

With the recent Government COVID-19 announcement of new restrictions, we at L & L Automotive wanted to keep our customers informed on a few changes to our dealership operations and services during these new restrictions. 


Effective from 12:01am, 6th January 2021, our aftersales operations, in accordance with Government guidelines, remains fully open for Service, MOT and Repair bookings. Sales will remain open to handle enquiries via our digital platforms or by telephone. But during this time, all of our showrooms are physically closed to sales customers. 

 

Our online platforms will be available throughout January and February to handle your enquires digitally using the following facilities.


  • Open digitally – Website, Telephone and Email
  • Virtual Appointments – via Teams/Zoom/ Video calls
  • Click and Collect Service
  • Online vehicle reservation from £99
  • Home Delivery Service Available
  • Contactless sales process and handover


We will also be able to handle telephone sales enquires during the following hours.

Monday- Friday                08:30 – 18:00

Saturday                               09:00 – 14:00

If you have ordered a new vehicle for delivery in January or if you order a vehicle digitally or by telephone during January/February, we offer a “Click & Collect” service with a contactless and hygienic handover process from a designated outdoor area. Home delivery options are also available on request.


Our Service & Parts Departments will, in accordance with Government guidelines, remain open as usual during this period.


We have a contactless drop off and handover process, all vehicles are sanitised with staff using appropriate PPE and social distancing measures to ensure we are a COVID-19 secure business.


 We will continue to offer timed appointments to minimise social contact. It is important you arrive at our service centres at your appointment time. We will also continue to give booking priority to verified NHS staff and key workers.

Existing Service/Diagnostic/Repair Bookings: Unaffected

All existing bookings are unaffected and we are open to take new appointments or assist you with any service, MOT or repair query you may have (via email, phone).


MOT Bookings: Unaffected

At the time of writing, no announcements have been made regarding any further MOT extension. You are therefore encouraged to keep any existing appointments or book soon for your upcoming MOT to beat the rush following the previous extension.


Trade Parts: Open as usual

Our Trade Parts operations will remain open during this period.
