In the event of your vehicle breaking down, rest assured, our Mercedes-Benz Hertfordshire Roadside Assistance Team will aim to get you back on the road as soon as possible.
Comprehensive Roadside Assistance comes free-of-charge for 3 years with all new Mercedes-Benz or for 1 year with all Approved Used vehicles.* You can also continue to benefit from our Roadside Assistance Cover, which is activated/renewed on completion of a service at any one of our retailers.
If you break down, we will send a qualified technician to try and fix the problem at the roadside. If this can’t be done, they will recover your car to your home or a Mercedes-Benz Retailer.

Technical breakdown
If you can’t start your car or continue your journey for technical or safety reasons, we’ll come and get you up and running.
Minor mishap
If you suffer a puncture, lose your keys or run out of petrol, you’re covered.
Accident assistance
Regardless of fault, we’ll get your car to a Mercedes-Benz Retailer.
Vandalism & Theft
If your journey is impeded after vandalism, we’ll be there.
*Complimentary Roadside Assistance is available for 3 years with any new Mercedes‐Benz or 1 year with all Approved Used vehicles. Your roadside assistance cover is then renewed annually, free of charge, following completion of a full service at a Mercedes‐Benz Retailer.
