Collection and Delivery Service - We'll Come to You.

Whether you have a busy schedule or prefer to minimize the need to visit one of our retailers, we are here to help. Here at Mercedes-Benz Hertfordshire we can offer a Collection & Delivery service for your vehicle*. How it works is on the day of your service, we will collect your vehicle from your chosen destination, at a set time, and then drop the vehicle back to you after its service has been completed. It's as simple as that.

Our Collection & Delivery Service option benefits from:

• A wash, vaccum & sanitisation of your vehicle.
• A call from our driver to keep you updated on the pick up of your vehicle.
• Collection and delivery from your home, office or any other address that best suits you.*
• Available at any 4 of our retailers: Mercedes-Benz of Bishop's Stortford, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford and Stevenage. 
• Collection available Monday to Friday from 9am - 11am.
• Delivery available Monday to Friday from 4pm - 6pm. 

We understand everyone's needs are different, which is why we are offering this fast and effective service option, so there is no need for you to visit our dealerships to receive an outstanding Mercedes-Benz experience.
